This policy explains how payments, consultation fees, and project deposits are handled at Black Luxury Services.
1.Consultation fees
Consultation fees are payable in advance to secure your session. If you proceed with a full commission, the consultation fee is credited toward your project. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. If you cancel at least [24] hours before a scheduled consultation, you may reschedule or request a refund.
2.Project deposits
A deposit secures your place in our schedule and allows design work to begin. Deposits are applied to your final project balance. Because a deposit reserves time and resources, deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced, except as set out in your project proposal or agreement.
3.Cancellations by the client
If you cancel a project after work has begun, fees for work completed up to the cancellation date are payable, and any remaining balance of paid amounts will be handled as described in your project agreement.
4.Cancellations by us
In the rare event that we are unable to proceed with a project, we will refund any amounts paid for work not yet performed.
5.How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [3-5] business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.
